I work internationally as a psychological coach-mentor, trainer-facilitator and organisation development (OD) consultant in beyond-profit arenas, including NGOs, charities, churches and public sector.

I specialise in working cross-culturally and have completed assignments in 17 countries on 5 continents to date. I’ve had 100+ articles published in leadership, coaching, action learning and OD fields.

I’m a follower of Jesus and I care deeply about the poorest and most vulnerable in the world. We can be hope.
