​Hi - I’m Nick. I help transform people, teams and organisations.

My passion is to make a positive difference in the world and, to that end, I work primarily with leaders, professionals and teams in beyond-profit sectors, including: international non-governmental organisations (INGOs), charities, churches, faith-based organisations and public sector services.

I’ve worked in leadership, coaching-mentoring, training-facilitation and organisation development (OD) consultancy roles with diverse organisations in 16 countries to date. I've also had 100+ articles published. I post blogs regularly to share insights in the global marketplace of ideas.
