Nick Wright is a freelance writer, coach and consultant. He has worked for 25 years in the charity and international NGO sectors with leaders, professionals and students, developing reflective practice in organisations including Action on Hearlng Loss, World Vision UK, Tearfund and Shaftesbury Society.

Nick is a Christian with a passion to humanise organisations. He has an MSc in human resource development/OD, a postgraduate diploma in coaching psychology, a BA (hons) in theology and is a member of AMED and ODiN and a Fellow of ITOL. He has a particular interest in psychology, philosophy and spirituality.
