I bring 25+ years' experience of working in and with UK and international organisations, including leadership roles at World Vision, Tearfund, Shaftesbury Society (Livability) and Action on Hearing Loss. I also work as coach, mentor, trainer, facilitator and consultant with a broad range of individuals, teams and organisations, enabling clients to learn, develop and achieve their goals.
I have a masters degree with distinction in Human Resource Development/OD and a postgraduate diploma with distinction in Coaching Psychology. I blog regularly on a range of people and organisational topics and was a former columnist for the UK Association for Management Education & Development as well as a former coach/trainer for 3D Coaching and Novum.
My work has a psychological orientation. I also have a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA), teach English as a second/foreign language and do periodic work in South East Asia with people and communities who are poor and vulnerable. I have an honours degree in Theology and a diploma in Pastoral Studies and I belong to a Christian motorcyclists' group.
I enjoy cycling and swimming...oh, and I love Thai and Indian curries. :)
