I've worked with charities, human rights and international NGOs for 25 years with leaders, teams, professionals and students. I've co-created inspiring and effective cultures, strategies, insights and skills in organisations including Action on Hearing Loss, World Vision, Tearfund and Shaftesbury Society. I have also worked with private ('for profit') and public ('not-for-profit') organisations.
I have a passion to humanise organisations. In practice, this means working with leaders, teams and staff to create values-based, healthy and impactful places to work. It also means recognising, developing and releasing people and team talent to achieve great results. I have a relational, out-of-the-box, pragmatic style. Clients often report that I bring unusual psychological insight.
I have an MSc in human resource development/OD, a postgraduate diploma in coaching psychology, a BA (hons) in theology and am a member of AMED and ODiN and a Fellow of ITOL. I have spoken at conferences including CIPD, ITOL and World of Learning. I am currently studying for a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) qualification and do periodic teaching work in SE Asia.
I enjoy travelling, cycling and swimming. I belong to a Christian motorcyclists' group - oh...and I love Thai and Indian curries. :)
